Mrs. Smith moved to Fort Collins to attend Colorado State University. She has degrees in Natural Sciences and Chemistry and a masters in Math & Science Education. She student taught at RMHS and fell in love with the culture, the purpose and the people here. After teaching at another school in the district, she was so excited to be able to come back to Rocky in 2020. She currently teaches chemistry, medical terminology & health sciences but has previously taught biology, earth system science, geospace science and 21st century science. It is her hope that students in her classes not only learn the science content but also learn how to handle hard, challenging and disappointing situations with grace, patience and perseverance.
